From what age do I have to pay for my child?

Children younger than 1 year have free entrance when there is at least one child in the group to pay for. 

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Only food and drinks purchased from Kids Playground may be consumed on the premise. Excluding baby food and milk.

My child has food allergies. Can I bring my own food?

In this specific case it is allowed to bring your own food but please contact one of our Kids Playground locations in advance.

Can I make a reservation for free play/without having a birthday party?

It is not possible to make a reservation without having a birthday party or school trip. If you wish to make a reservation for a business or another occasion, please contact one of our Kids Playground locations. 

Can I pay by card?

At all Kids Playground locations you can either pay by card or cash.

Can I bring my pet(s)

It is not allowed to bring you pet(s). Hygiene is of paramount importance for us.

Where can I park my car (for free)?

Every Kids Playground location has a spacious free of charge parking next to the location.

How can I reach Kids Playground by public transport?

If you want to visit us by public transport we advice you to check www.9292.nl. This website can give you the latest information regarding public transport and can provide you with a complete direction.

Is there (free) wifi available?

Yes, at every location there is free wifi available.

Is a 10-times entree ticket valid for only one child or can I pay entrance for multiple children at the same time?

It is allowed to pay entrance for multiple children with a 10-times entree ticket at the same time (maximum of 10 children).

Is a 10-times entree ticket valid for all Kids Playground locations?

Yes, a 10-times entree ticket is valid for all Kids Playground locations.

How can I change or cancel my reservation? 

To change or cancel your reservation, go to 'change reservation' in the left column. Fill in your email address and the unique code you have received in the confirmation email. After you have changed or cancelled your reservation, you will receive a new confirmation via email. In case you did not receive an email, please check your spam file.
